How AI Credits Affect Paid Accounts
The paid tier is no longer just a simple “unlock everything” subscription. Some advanced AI tools use credits. CapCut lists subscription credits, activity credits and purchased credits, and credit purchasing is currently handled through CapCut Online and Desktop rather than the mobile app. That means a Pro user can still run into credit limits depending on the tool, platform and account.

Paid Plan Active but Features Still Locked
If you paid but Pro features still show locked, check the account first. TikTok login, Apple login, Google login and email login can create separate CapCut accounts. Then check CapCut Online membership status, because it usually shows the clearest real-time Pro state. If Online shows Free, the purchase is not attached to that account or the region blocks the benefit. If Online shows Active but mobile/desktop still shows Free, log out, restart, clear cache and sign in again.
