Report a correction or request a guide
For a correction, include the page link, the section that needs attention and what you believe is wrong. If a button or workflow has changed, tell us whether you use Mobile, Desktop or Web, along with the app version if you know it. A link to the current official documentation is useful.
For a tutorial request, describe the result you want and the step where you are stuck. You do not need to send your project or source media.
Before attaching a screenshot, hide personal information: account details, file paths, project names, client material and private images. Never send passwords, payment details, access tokens or verification codes. Our Privacy Policy explains how the site handles information.
CapCut accounts, payments and app support
We cannot access your CapCut account, cancel a subscription, issue a refund or recover files. For those requests, start with the official CapCut Help Center or open CapCut's customer support page. Send account or order information only through the relevant official support channel.
