What we collect
CapCut Guide is a publication, not a user-account product. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal information unless you choose to send it (e.g. by emailing us or signing up to a newsletter, if and when one launches).
Analytics
We use the privacy-respecting analytics provided by our hosting platform (Ghost). It records aggregated, anonymous information about the pages you visit so we can understand which guides are useful. We do not run ad networks or share data with third-party advertisers.
Cookies
We set a small number of strictly necessary cookies (e.g. for security) and, if a future newsletter is launched, a single preference cookie to remember whether you have dismissed the signup prompt.
If you email hello@capcutguide.com, your message and email address are stored in our inbox. We retain correspondence for as long as is useful to support a conversation, and we do not share or sell email addresses.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete any correspondence we hold from you by emailing the same address.
Affiliate links
We do not currently use affiliate links. If that ever changes we will mark each commercial link clearly and update this page.
