The preview answers one narrow question: does the object you marked collide with the caution areas selected on this page? It cannot see a future app update, a longer post caption, a shopping label, a different phone crop or an expanded description.
If the result says Caution, move the text, logo or call to action toward the centre and test again. For a face or product, adjust the crop or keyframes rather than stretching the source. If it says Clear in this preview, keep that placement for the first test export, then inspect a real draft, private or unlisted upload.
What to change in CapCut
- Move a text or caption layer in the preview rather than adding blank space to the exported file.

No. TikTok and Meta publish safe-zone guidance for advertising, and YouTube documents dynamic non-safe guides inside its Shorts editor. The organic-player overlays here are conservative editorial previews with a check date, not permanent official pixel specifications.
Can I check a video instead of a still image?
Yes, when the browser can decode the file. Load MP4, WebM or a compatible MOV and drag the playhead to inspect representative frames. If the codec does not play, export a PNG or JPEG frame from CapCut and check that instead.
Which safe zone works for TikTok, Reels and Shorts together?
