What the tool does differently

A recommendation with its limits still attached

YouTube publishes a numerical upload table, so matching YouTube results can use it. TikTok and Instagram did not publish the same organic creator bitrate table in the primary material checked for this tool. Those results use CapCut's visible quality labels and tell you to verify the processed upload instead of borrowing somebody else's number.

The numerical YouTube ranges come from YouTube's current upload encoding table. CapCut's bitrate guide and export controls document the Lower, Recommended, Higher and Custom routes, while its 2K/4K help explains why available resolutions vary. TikTok's creative guidance supports a vertical, UI-safe starting point for ads; it is not presented here as an organic bitrate rule.

How to use the result without damaging a working project

Keep the original project and source media untouched. Apply the profile to a short section that includes motion, captions, audio and one demanding visual. Open the finished file outside CapCut and compare it with the editor. Only then export the whole timeline.

If the local file is sharp but the posted copy is soft, changing every CapCut control at once hides the cause. Upload the original file again, wait for processing and compare on another device. If the local file is already soft, use the blurry-after-export diagnostic. If rendering stops or never produces a file, use the failed-export checklist.

Does this tool upload my video or project?

No. It uses the choices in the form and calculates the result in your browser. It does not ask for a file, project name, account or save path.

Why does the tool not give TikTok and Instagram a fixed bitrate?

The current primary sources checked for this tool did not provide one shared organic creator bitrate table for those services. The result uses CapCut's Recommended or Higher quality label and asks you to inspect a real upload instead of presenting an unsupported number as a platform rule.

Should I export at 30 fps or 60 fps?

Preserve the frame rate captured and used on the timeline. Keep a 30 fps source at 30. Keep 50 or 60 when the source and edit use that rate and the extra motion samples help. Exporting 30 fps footage at 60 fps does not recreate motion the camera never captured.

Why does the result sometimes reduce 4K to 1080p?

A social or review copy often does not need to be the archive master. The tool can recommend a 1080p delivery while telling you to keep the original project and higher-resolution master. It never recommends exporting above the source resolution just to make the number look better.

Why can I not find the bitrate or codec control in CapCut?

Mobile and Web can expose fewer controls than Desktop, and available options can vary by device, source, build and account. Use the controls that actually appear, test a representative section and do not treat a missing selector as proof that export is broken.

Is the file-size estimate exact?

No. It estimates the video payload from the visible numerical bitrate and duration. Audio, container overhead and variable bitrate can make the finished file larger or smaller. When no defensible number exists, the tool deliberately does not invent an estimate.
